METS is a Moroccan organisation providing language training, professional development, cultural exchange programmes, educational visits, consulting, and related services for organisations, institutions, researchers, and international teams working in Morocco.

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when submitting a consultation request through our website contact form:
- Full name — to identify and address you personally.
- Email address — to respond to your request.

- Project description — to understand the scope and nature of your enquiry.
We do not collect payment information, identity documents, or any sensitive personal data as defined by Moroccan Law 09-08.

4. Legal Basis
Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the processing of the information you submit is based on:
- Your consent, expressed by voluntarily submitting the form and requesting contact from METS;
- The legitimate interest of METS in responding to professional enquiries relating to its services.
Note for METS: Law 09-08 requires certain processing activities to be declared to the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel). Please confirm with a Moroccan legal adviser whether the collection and processing described here requires a prior declaration or authorisation, and obtain the relevant CNDP reference number if applicable.
5. Who Has Access to Your Data
Your personal information is accessed only by METS staff directly responsible for responding to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
Google Fonts: This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When a page loads, your browser sends a request to Google’s servers. This may involve the transfer of your IP address to Google’s infrastructure. This is a technical requirement of displaying the website correctly. No other third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising services are currently integrated into this website.
6. International Data Transfers
Google Fonts requests may route through servers outside Morocco. Beyond this technical necessity, METS does not transfer your personal data internationally. Your enquiry information remains within METS’s internal systems.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain enquiry information for as long as is necessary to respond to and follow up on your request, and for a reasonable period thereafter should you re-engage with METS. If no professional relationship develops, we aim to delete or anonymise enquiry data within 12 months of your last communication.

8. Security
METS takes reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect your personal information. Form submissions are processed via WPForms and stored temporarily in the WordPress database on our server. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
No transmission over the internet is entirely secure. If you have concerns about the security of specific information, you may also contact us directly by email.
9. Your Rights Under Moroccan Law 09-08
Under Moroccan Law 09-08, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — to obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and to receive a copy;
- Right of rectification — to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Right of objection — to object to processing of your data in certain circumstances;
- Right of erasure — to request deletion of your data where there is no legitimate reason to retain it.
